Eating healthy does not mean eating bland. I have come up with many different tastey recipes while transforming my body with a healthy diet and exercise. Below is today's featured recipe. Try it out or choose a different recipe from the left.
Tangy Garlic-Lime Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken-breast halves
2 1/2 cups olive oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped
juice of 2 limes
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Thai fish sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 red chiles, sliced finely
Cut each chicken breast into 8 pieces. Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it sizzles and add the chicken pieces in batches, frying until golden brown, draining chicken on paper towels after cooking.
Pour out the oil and clean the pan. Add 1/4 cup water, the lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and chiles. Add the chicken and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Pick out some of the garlic before serving.
