Grilled Spicy Southwestern Flank Steak w/ Corn Salsa

1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 pound lean flank steak
2 1/2 cup medium-hot picante sauce
2 garlic cloves
nonstrick cooking spray
1 cup cooked corn

Combine the cumin, coriander, and chili powder in a cup, mix well and rub into steak. Place the steak in a ziploc plastic bag and 1/2 cup of the picante sauce and the garlic. Turn the bag to distribute the ingredients over the steak. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight, turning bag occasionally.

Remove steak from bag, discarding marinade.

Prepare grill for barbecuing. Coat the grill with cooking spray.

Grill steak over medium-hot heat about 8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. Place steak on a cutting board, cover loosely with aluminum foil and let stand for about 10 minutes to allow the juices to settle.

Combine the picante sauce and corn in a bowl and mix well.

Cut the steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices. Serve the corn salsa over the steak.
